"Ever the Y of Realty"

Hello and thanks for visiting my website! You can use it as a resource and run your own searches or you can contact me and let me do the work. I run searches every day for a living and encourage you to call or e-mail.

My cell phone is (520) 954-5782 and my direct office line is (520) 615-2044. If you are out of the area you can call toll-free at (888)628-2044.  E-mail?: my address at everhart@theriver.com gets checked throughout the day!

Here is a little bit of my story: I was born in Detroit in 1953, moved to Baltimore in 1962 and Boston in 1970 where I graduated from Dover-Sherborn High School in 1971.

My parents (Dave & Peggy- Dad passed away 1/1/06) hail from the Buckeye State and so I began my college years in Ohio, attending Hiram College from 1971-1973. My Junior Year was spent at Institut fur Europaische Studien in Vienna Austria. Afterwards I dropped out, worked as a musician, mail clerk, in the trades, and as an electrician's apprentice. I married Noelle  in Carmel in 1976 and went back to college in 1977, graduating from the University of California at Santa Cruz with a BA in Politics in 1978. Ioff to Denver earned my MBA (MIM) in Business from the University of Denver in 1980.

Over the subsequent years I worked as a musician, banker, financial analyst, regional & national sales manager, sommolier, advertising director, publisher and for the past ten years as a Realtor. I became an Associate Broker at Prudential six years ago.

I arrived in Tucson in 1989 as Publisher/co-owner of "Tucson Home & Garden" magazine which I sold in 1992. I bought into "El Presidio Marketing" and lost my shirt, filing bankruptcy and enduring a heartbreaking divorce from Noelle in 1993.

My real estate career began shortly after I remarried three years later. My wife Diane has three kids. I have two. We met teaching Sunday School together and the rest is history. Our last child graduated from Catalina Foothills High School in 2005. Three of our kids are now college graduates. Our two daughters have given us three precious grandsons. Life is good!

I have received many honors at Prudential: Rookie of the Year my first year, Honor Society, Leading Edge Society and President's Circle in subsequent years. I have been a "Rock-Climber" five times! What this means is that I am a solid, hard-working agent and Prudential's #1 agent in Tucson!

"Ever the Heart of Realty " is more than a cute tagline to help my clients remember my name.  I take my fiduciary responsibilities completely to heart. As your agent I promise to communicate, listen, facilitate, mediate and sometimes negotiate for your best interests. Please contact me and let me help you!
