Our team is headed by John Everhart Associate Broker, BA University of California at Santa Cruz 1978, MBA (MIM) University of Denver 1980. John has over a decade of experience as a Prudential Realtor . He is among the top 10%of Realtors nationally and is the #2 agent with Prudential in Tucson. John is married with five children (all grown) and two grandsons. He is a generalist and enjoys working with everyone: residential properties from fixer-uppers to million dollar homes, income property from single family homes and duplexes to multiple units, land from lots to subdivisions. John enjoys challenges!
Rachael Thompson- Realtor earned her Associates Degree in Information Technology from ITT in 2003 and her BS in Project Management from ITT in 2005. Rachael is John's eldest daughter, married with two sons. She is a Tucson native and graduated from prestigious Catalina Foothills High School in 1998. Rachael handles tech and web marketing and customer service. She is a caring and motivated communicator- always ready to help you with all of your real estate needs!
Kathie Grabosch-Realtor graduated from the University of Arizona in 1995 with a BA in Elementary Education and is a 1989 graduate of Rincon High School. She is married with three children and taught for 11 years in the Vail School District. An Old Pueblo native, Kathie is active in her Church- singing in the choir. She is also a Little League team mom and volunteer in many civic activities. She wants to help you find your home- not just a house. Kathie joined our team in 2007 and had over $1,000,000 in sales during her first year! Kathie impresses us with her diligence, enthusiasm and quite earnest desire to provide excellent communication and service to all!
Doug Trudeau- Associate Broker graduated from the University of Phoenix in 2001 and is a 1971 graduate of Kitsap High School in Silverdale Washington. He served two years in the US Marine Corps from 1972-1974 and retired from the State of Arizona in 2000 after twenty-five years of service. Doug has been married for thirty-three years , has two grown sons and one grandson and loves his family. He enjoys information technology, golf and "muscle cars". Doug specializes in golf communities, as well as residential & residential income properties!
Sabrina Mims- Realtor graduated from Pima Community College in 2006 with a AA and is a 2003 graduate of Pueblo High School where she was Homecoming Queen and President of her class for all four years! Multi-talented Sabrina was also Captain of the Golf Team and lettered in Varsity Track & Basketball! She is a volunteer with Habitat for Humanity, Casa de los Ninos, Red Cross & Youth on Their Own as well as many other community organizations. Sabrina promises to work tirelessly on your behalf with "energy, drive and optimism" in negotiating your dream home. She asks that you please,"Give the Rookie a call!"
