Our team is headed by John Everhart Associate Broker, BA University of California at Santa Cruz 1978, MBA (MIM) University of Denver 1980. John has fourteen years of experience as a Tucson Realtor . He is in the top 3% of Realtors! John is married and blessed with five adult children and three grandsons.
On a personal level John is active in his Church where he enjoys singing in the choir. John loves music, camping and traveling. So far, John and his wife Diane have journeyed together all over the United States as well as to Jamaica, Ireland, Russia, Mongolia, China, Indonesia , India and Ethiopia !

Kathie Grabosch- Realtor -ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative) , SFR (Short Sale/Foreclosure Resource Cerified) graduated from the University of Arizona in 1995 with a BA in Elementary Education and is a 1989 graduate of Rincon High School. She is married with three children and taught for 11 years in the Vail School District. An Old Pueblo native, Kathie is active in her Church- singing in the choir. She is also a Little League board member and a site council member at her daughter's elementary school. Kathie volunteers in many civic activities. She wants to help you find your home- not just a house. Kathie joined our team in 2007 and had over $1,000,000 in sales in her second year! In 2009 Kathie became a multi-million dollar producer! she was the team's "Top Sales Associate" in both 2010 & 2011! It appears that 2012 is going to be her best year ever! Manuel Gadea- Realtor- graduated from Our Lady of Mount Carmel School in Lima Peru in 1971. He has earned many degrees: Industrial Engineering (Universidad Nacional de Ingeniera- Lima- 1978), Economics (Universidad de Lima- 1980), Masters in Industrial Engineering (Universidad Nacional de Ingeniera- Lima- 1981), Accounting (Massey Business College- Houston, Texas- 1982 and Real Estate (Brodsky- 1989 and Hogan - 2010)! Manuel is bi-lingual (Spanish and English). He has been a Tucson resident since 1984. Manuel has many successful years of real estate experience as a Developer. He is currently the General Manager of Rinconado Estates in Northeast Tucson (custom 3.3+ acre sites in a 50 acre development)! Manuel enjoys working with a wide variety of buyers- from small condos to million dollar estates! He has short sale and foreclosure experience too! Manuel is a devout family man and says, "Family is the most important thing in your life"! He and his wife have one teenage son! He enjoys travel and is quite athletic: playing golf, squash and soccer, as well as skiing and cycling! Manuel has a strong work ethic and desire to help you with your real estate needs!
The most recent addition to the team is a seasoned and well-respected Realtor-Barb Hildenbrand. She has resided in Tucson since moving here with her family from Washington DC as a first grade student in 1970. Barb lived in West Tucson in her early days here but is mostly an Eastside lady. She attended Sahuaro High School (class of '82), recieved her GED in 1984 and is gradually working towards her business degree at Pima College. A Hogan Real Estate School graduate, Barb has been a licensed real estate agent since 1998. Barb began her real estate career as an appraisal assistant in 1991 and achieved her license as a Residential Real Estate Appraiser in 1994. Barb enjoys working with both homebuyers and investors. As she often reminds us,"Every transaction is important". Married with four adult children and eight grandchildren, Barb values family and wants to find her homebuyers the "home of their dreams".
